Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech to Tizi Oussem Village:

  • Morning: Depart from Marrakech and drive through Tahnnaout and Asni, enjoying panoramic views of Berber villages. Arrive in Imlil and meet your guide.
  • Trek: Ascend to Tizi Mzik pass, enjoy views of Imlil valley and Toubkal Summit. Visit Tamsoulte waterfalls, trek through Azzaden Valley's juniper forest.
  • Evening: Arrive at Tizi Oussem village for an overnight stay in a guest house. Total walking time: 6 hours.

Day 2: Tizi Oussem to Marrakech:

  • Morning: After breakfast, trek through Id Issa village and ascend to Tizi Oudid pass.
  • Afternoon: Descend through Matat village, enjoy lunch under walnut groves by the river, and then return to Imlil.
  • Evening: Transfer back to Marrakech, arriving around 17:00. Total walking time: 5 hours.
