The Toubkal 3 Peaks Adventure is an exhilarating challenge that takes you to the zenith of the Moroccan High Atlas. Over three days, you'll tread paths wrapped in the mystique of Berber traditions, ascend imposing peaks, and witness the Atlas and Sahara in their full morning glory. Here's how this high-altitude odyssey unfolds.

Day 1: From the Red City to the Refuge

Journey to Imlil: Your journey begins with an early departure from the bustling city of Marrakech to the tranquil village of Imlil, the gateway to the High Atlas Mountains. This is where urbanity gives way to untouched nature and timeless villages.

Trek to Toubkal Refuge: In Imlil, you’ll meet the support crew that will be with you every step of the way. The first day's hike introduces you to the Toubkal Valley's rugged beauty. As you ascend, the landscape unfolds with terraced fields and traditional Berber homes. Lunch on the trail offers a moment to rest and refuel amidst stunning vistas.

Arriving at the Toubkal Refuge in the afternoon, you'll have covered 10 kilometers, ascending 1540 meters and descending 300 meters over approximately 6 hours. The refuge offers a cozy shelter where you'll enjoy a well-deserved dinner and rest under the starlit African sky.

Day 2: A Trilogy of Summits

Twin Peaks and a Rugged Crown: The second day is marked by the ascent of the towering Mt Ouanoukrim twins and Ras. It's a day of endurance and reward as you engage in a short scramble over the Tizi n Ouagane pass, leading to the summits of North Africa's second and third highest peaks, Timzguida and Ras, both towering around 4089 meters. The panorama from these heights is nothing short of majestic, with the entire mountain range and the fringes of the Sahara stretching beneath you.

After soaking in the views, you return to the refuge for another night. This day's trek covers 17 kilometers with a thousand meters both ascended and descended, taking between 6 to 7 hours.

Day 3: The Crown Jewel, Mt Toubkal

Summit at Sunrise: An early morning start sets the tone for the climax of your adventure – the ascent of Mt Toubkal, standing proudly at 4167 meters. Reaching the summit in time for sunrise, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking scene as the first light of day washes over the Atlas Mountains and the distant Sahara.

Descent and Return: With the summit conquered, you begin your descent back to Imlil. The trek down is a reflection on the past days' achievements, with the landscape serving as a living canvas of your adventure. On arrival in Imlil, you'll transfer back to the vibrant city of Marrakech. The final day's hike is the longest, with 10 hours of trekking covering 17 kilometers, ascending 1130 meters, and a knee-testing descent of 2530 meters.

The Toubkal 3 Peaks Adventure is a testament to the allure of the Moroccan High Atlas. It's an experience that challenges the body, invigorates the spirit, and provides a profound connection to the natural world. This trek isn't just about reaching summits; it's about the transformative journey of ascending and the stories etched into every step.
